Hassle-Free Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Please remember to include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Process for Returns

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of the purchase.
  2. Provide the necessary details, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  4. Securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the package.
  5. Ship the package back to us using a reliable shipping method.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you about the status of your refund or exchange. In case of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within a few business days.

If you prefer an exchange, we will assist you in finding a suitable alternative product or process the exchange as per your request. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

Exceptions

While we strive to offer a hassle-free return experience, certain products may not be eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges due to hygiene or safety reasons. These products include but are not limited to:
